Studio or your office — both work

At our downtown studio

Best for teams under ~15. We schedule back-to-back 20-minute slots so people step away from their desks, walk to our studio near Waterfront Station, and are back within the hour. Everyone gets the same setup, and each person chooses their favourite frames live on the monitor before they leave.

On-site at your office

Best for larger teams and multi-day directory projects. We bring the full studio — lighting, backdrop, tethered monitor — and set up in a boardroom. A 20-minute-per-person cadence keeps disruption minimal, and HR gets a simple schedule instead of a logistics project. This is how we photographed CIBC’s internal directory and over 300 people across four cities for Lawson Lundell’s firm-wide rebrand.

What team sessions include

• A consistent setup — same background, lighting and crop for every person, matched to your existing directory if you have one.
• Live selection — each person picks their frames at the camera, so there is no gallery chase afterward.
• Professional retouching — $80 per selected group image, $50 per individual image, delivered within 48 hours.
• New-hire matching — we keep your setup notes on file, so a hire photographed next quarter matches the team photographed today. Here is how that works in practice.
