Company headshots have one job that individual headshots do not: consistency. A team page where every photo shares the same light, background and crop reads as an organized company; a patchwork of selfies, ten-year-old portraits and mismatched styles reads as one that cannot get forty people to do the same thing. We photograph teams of 3 to 300+ for Vancouver companies — in our downtown studio or on-site at your office — and consistency is the entire design of the service.

Best for teams under ~15. We schedule back-to-back 20-minute slots so people step away from their desks, walk to our studio near Waterfront Station, and are back within the hour. Everyone gets the same setup, and each person chooses their favourite frames live on the monitor before they leave.
Best for larger teams and multi-day directory projects. We bring the full studio — lighting, backdrop, tethered monitor — and set up in a boardroom. A 20-minute-per-person cadence keeps disruption minimal, and HR gets a simple schedule instead of a logistics project. This is how we photographed CIBC’s internal directory and over 300 people across four cities for Lawson Lundell’s firm-wide rebrand.
Group photo sessions start at $400, with per-person rates for on-site directory projects quoted by headcount — most Vancouver teams land well under what individual sessions would total. Full details are on our pricing page, and this guide explains how Vancouver headshot pricing works generally.
Individual sessions live on our corporate headshots page; leadership work on executive portraits; tech-specific teams on tech team headshots. For conference and event coverage with a headshot station, see event photography.
Tell us your headcount and whether you would rather come to the studio or have us come to you — we will send a schedule template and a quote the same day. Book a consultation or reach us through the contact page.
