Bernadette came to our downtown Vancouver studio for a professional headshot session, and she is a dedicated professional in the mortgage industry with a strong focus on communications and business development.
She has built an impressive career at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporate (CMHC), where she has worked since April 2015. Based right here in Vancouver, Bernadette creates and maintains relationships with lender and broker partners, providing them with training and education on Mortgage Loan Insurance. Her role is highly collaborative, as she also coordinates Ministerial events and announcements while liaising with various government bodies across Canada.

Before her current work at the CMHC, Bernadette spent over 7 years at Vancity where she advanced to an Account Manager role. She also brings a unique creative background to her corporate work, having spent time in radio promotions and as a brand ambassador for Bell Media.
For her time in the studio, we wanted to capture the welcoming and confident energy she brings to her client relationships. We went with a bright white background for her portraits. If you look at her final selected images, you’ll see how this clean lighting beautifully highlights her smile and stylish glasses. The white backdrop also creates a nice crisp contrast with her dark blazer, resulting in a modern and professional aesthetic that feels very genuine to her personality.
