Karen actually started at Lawson Lundell as a summer student back in 1997. Over the last three decades, she has built an incredible practice focusing on corporate commercial, mining, and energy law. She handles massive projects involving asset level acquisitions, joint venture agreements, and major renewable energy transactions. On top of her highly demanding legal practice, she also previously served as the first Chief Inclusiveness Officer for the firm, championing diversity initiatives across all of their offices.
