After his headshot session wrapped up, we had chance to chat with Leon and asked up a couple questions about his work.
HeadShot Photo Team: “What do you truly love about your work?”
Leon’s response: “What I love most about my work is spotting opportunities to innovate — introducing emerging technologies like AI, 3D, and interactive platforms into an industry that often lags behind. I enjoy the process of building from scratch, shaping an idea from concept to inception, and seeing how it can shift the way our industry thinks and operates. And when a project also creates social good or gives back to the community, that’s a bonus.”
HeadShot Photo Team: “Do you have any tips for those trying to follow in your footsteps?”
Leon: “For young entrepreneurs: failure is just part of the process. Don’t be afraid to fail — take affordable risks. Go in assuming you might lose everything you put in, and if you can live with that, go all in with what you have. If you’re not failing, you’re probably not innovating.”
